first HO w/auto trans?

Just trying to find out when Dodge started putting the auto transmission with the HO engine. I've had a few people tell me they had the HO engine w/auto transmission but I think there trucks are too old for that.

I think that it was in the middle of 03 that they made the auto for the HO Cummins.

My truck was built mid january of 03 and it has a 48re.

I got the 600 with a 48re. I know it doesn't help anything but I just like saying I have a 600.

48re was put in trucks starting January production '03.
