Went to Fargo ND for college rodeo pulling the school's trailer and 5 horses. Milage was about 12. 2 weeks ago went to Ames IA for same thing with same trailer and load and milage was the same. I was very impressed with towing ability. There were several long grades on each trip and it held them just fine in 6th at 70mph. I probably could have accelerated if the clutch would hold, but I know it wouldn't. It was fun watch the Chevy traveling with us drop way back cause it couldn't stay with me on the hill. It was only pulling 2 horses, too. 60- 70 % of the trucks there were dodge diesels, no surprise. I only spotted 2 new beer cans, and the rest were fords. Majority of the dodges were straight piped too, I was loving every minute. It definitely seems the rodeo people know the best truck. Hope Chevy doesn't plan on taking any of the rodeo market
