Not to sure what is happening, I tried to add pic using file at bottom but says to many bytes, only 32000 max. My pic are 50000 min. Is there another way to put pic in my post without using photopoint etc. Tried all dif settings on my camera but the lowest I can get is 48000 bytes. All new to this stuff.....

Crop the pictures using Photoshop, etc.

If it isn't already, try saving it as a JPEG (.jpg) file. It will be smaller than a .gif or . bmp that way.
