Attention: TDR Forum Junkies Memorial day weekend I'm towing my boat to Lake of the Ozarks for the holiday. This will be the first time I've actually towed with the new ride.
My buddy is taking his boat also. Same boats different rigs. He has a Duramax with some mods and he wants to have some friendly competition on the way. He does not like my truck. I think he is secretly jealous of my Dodge but he won't admit it..... That's why he went out and bought an intake system, a chip and 5" exhaust about a week afterwards. He says he had planned on it before I bought my truck, but I find it funny that he has had the truck two years and hadn't done any bombing before I bought mine. I think he was scared of getting his doors blown off... ... but whatever. It'll be fun!!! Especially since I bought my truck for about $6,000 less than his... ... ... ...
I'll let you guys know how the drag race to the lake went..... I should just let him lead the way and wave as I pass him while he's explaining to the highway patrol why he was running so fast... .....
