and i'm wondering if the discoloration on the exhaust housing is normal. every other housing i've ever seen has been rusty and old. just a little worried about my new baby.
if it wasn't dark, chilly and raining I'd go take a pic of mine, it's a few months old and looks about the same. don't worry, it'll get old and rusty with time!
I notice you're using what looks like a rubber fuel type hose for your oil return line. Any issues with that? I was going to do the same thing, due to clearance issues with the wastegate, but I was advised that might not be a good idea. Just curious.
it's actually hydraulic return line. made for hot oil. i got it from the local hyd. store. haven't been running it long enough to find any problems. the old guy there said i wouldn't have any though. we'll see. don't have any leaks or anything.
I hacked mine all up when I went to the twins. It wouldnt have worked anyways I had mine necked down to 3" for my pacbrake. I will look around for you though. I imagine with that Greenleaf pump you need the extra air to burn all of that fuel . I will let you know what I turn up. -K-
Lol :-laf , well what about just the flange? I guess I'm really just looking for that. Then I can build the down pipe from there. A site Swank sent me showed it ran about $80 .
if no luck elsewhere, try these guys. i didn't see anything under flared adapters, but you might give them a call. will the yard's out there not sell exhaust parts either?
