Looking for some advice from those of you who have been down this road.
Bringing my 2018 3500 aisin srw for warranty work. appointment this coming week. Will prob need a vehicle while it is down which should be covered already had to rent for one week (kept reciepts).
Any steps i should take on my end to help things go smoothly.
More than happy to get into the issues if there are questions.
Thanks John

I just had my 2018 in for warranty work under Maxcare. No issues, it went very smooth. I believe when they pull up your truck info, it indicates you have the warranty. Still had to pay the deductible but I knew that going in.

Thanks guys i appreciate the info . Honestly it's prob just a big ole case of dealeritis.
Might as well run down some of the issues
Loose def tank that one took a bit to figure out felt like driveshaft bind sliding in the transfer case. Only made the thud on takeoff and stopping. (strap is bolted tight but tank slides)
Engine down on power poor mileage slightest bit of load and its down in the single digits and also started making oil . (i know the thermostat is acting up as the truck has a longer to warm up.)
Transmission started running hot normal warmup most of the time but i have seen 175 unloaded after a10 mile drive 65 degree ambient stopping and raising rpm does bring the temp down but only after the fan engages.i have seen it climb to 182-3 while idiling
A few other small nuisance issues.
mileage 42xxx
All service done

Thanks John
