First truck pull results -

Been pulling for 20 years now and quit about 5 years ago , truck was a gmc with a slipper clutch ,675 cid injected big block merlin - last two years i've been pulling a 1949 farmall m in the local tractor pulls and doing well, Saturday night in connecticut there was a truck pull following the tractor pull and i heard they had a 8500 lb street diesel class , i was afraid at first because your not suppose to use your tow vehicle because if you break , your screwed - the results : 37 trucks in the class , big national sled , ( it was heavy ) i finished 3 nd place - winning distance was 261 , 2nd place was 257. 2 and i got 257. 00 even ,and the 2 trucks ahead of me had wider tires, suspension limiters, traction bars , they trucks were setup for this and they've pulled for a few years now - I have to thank Scott from MASSDIESEL because he's done alot to this truck and i'm a pain in the *** customer , HE'S KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING AND HE KNOW'S WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT - so he gets a atta boy from me !!!Oo. Oo.
