Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Fitting an HX 50 on my truck.

I'm bidding on a new hx 50 that is stright from the manufactuer and want to know what all needs to be done to fit it. Will the exhaust housing bolt right up to the manifold? Just wondering. Anything else yall can think of would be of great help as well. Thanks a lot.
