Fixing Trailer Tow Mirror?

Hey all, Someone managed to take out my driver side mirror today while I was parked on the street. Thankfully they didn't get the dually fender flair, but now my mirror is cracked and just kind of sitting in the black plastic housing wobbling around as I drive. The black plastic is fine, the motor also seems to be working fine (I can here it and it can kind of move the mirror around), but the mirror is cracked, and the coupler that attaches the mirror to the motor seems to be damaged.



Is it possible to just get a new mirror and coupler? I haven't taken it apart yet, but if that is the case, I'd rather just replace those parts. Anybody have any experience? Is this difficult or impossible to do?

A year ago there was not any replcement parts for our trailer tow mirrows. Glass only. Mine busted the ball and socket down inside. Found a like new one, the whole arm, from a '02 at a Dodge truck salvage for 65 dollars. If its just the glass see burcoinc.com... ... ... JIM
