flamethrower stacks?

Has anyone ran propane in a brake line into their stacks to make them shoot flames? The plumbing seems as if it would be pretty straight forward except I'm uncertain what valve/ solenoid to use in order to have the gas flow operated by a switch in the cab. My other main concern is what to use as my ignition source. Any thoughts ideas or schematics would be greatly appreciated.

It should honestly be very safe if done right. not too different from a gas fireplace with electronic ignition or a weedburner with a solenoid and electronically controlled igniter. besides. you can't argue with the fact that it would be cool to shoot flames out of your stacks, at least here in okc where it's currently 3 degrees and solid white outside.
