Flash update

I took my truck in for an oil change yesterday and complained that my first oil change reminder came on at 2200 miles, the 2nd just 1700 miles after that. The dealer informed me that there was a flash update to fix the EVIC from chiming early, and also fixes some performance issues, like rough or stuttering idle, which I was experiencing. Highly recommend for those of you who have experienced early oil change reminders to take your truck in and get the update if you haven't done so already. Saves time and MONEY!

I had the Flash done when I had two bad injectors changed. I've yet to see if the oil change reminder will stay quiet for longer than 2200 miles but the truck is running much better. The EGR does not flutter open and closed like it used to and it seems to have more get up and go.
