Things to look for when transmission is out.

EXTENED CRANK

I bought the Fleece performance coolant bypass kit for my 06 Dodge 2500 5.9 block.
The bolts that came with the kit do not thread in. Anyone know what size these threads are circled in the picture.
The bolts that came with the kit are too big. The bolts for the rear main seal housing are too big.

Disregard, I figured it out. It's m12 x 1.75. I used that size thread chaser to clean it out. Lots of rust built up in there.

I installed mine in December. The hose in the original kit which I received was too long and rubbed on the firewall...
Initially I noticed that cool down times had decreased, now I think I have gotten used to it... or it is about the same after towing as without it.
Be interested to hear your thoughts...
