I have a 2003 Ram diesel. Can anyone tell me the correct numbers for the Air, Oil, and transmission Filters????I want to use that Stratapore Filter... Thanks

Not sure of the numbers off the top of my head but if you go to www.Genosgarage.com they have a nice setup called the 4-2-1- kit. It is 4 oil filters (stratapores), 2 fuels filters, and 1 air filter. Even if you don't order from them it will show you part#s. Also, Fleetguard does not make an air filter for the 03/04 trucks so the filter is a Mopar.

As far as the transmission filter is concerned, I would just get it through your parts dept and they will know the part#.

I bought some Westin Chrome over stainless, wheel to wheel from these folks: http://www.AZtrucks.com

Good price and great service.

I used the Dodge Automobility program so they cost me $75. 00.

Where are you located in north central Kansas?

Nerf Bars

I love (and strongly recommend) the Westin - Oval Series Bars. They do not "wrap" back under the cab, which is a snow/salt collection point (=rust). Made of chromed stainless (also available in black), so they will not rust/flake. AZTrucks had a good price on them, but my local shop matched.

BTW, Geno's prices/service are great, plus you're supporting a TDR entity. Try them.

03 Filters

Fleetguard - Oil Filter, Stratapore Pt# is -LF16035

Oil Filter, Standard Pt # is LF3972

Fuel Filter, Stratapore Pt # is FS19579

Don't know about the air or trans.

Got mine @ Geno's - Best deal I found

More Nurf Bar Help..

Mr Boonsur, do you have a site i can look up those Bars in. Tell me someone since all i hear is don't drill in the 03 body, will these bars be a problem , Mr boonsur did you mount them and if so how did you attach them? Tks B

A lot of places sell them (try an internet search for Westin oval). This link (if it works) is for AZTrucks's website: http://www.aztrucks.com/Category.asp?product=169 Or you can probably find them on Westinautomotive.com (I think that's their website).

There is no drilling, etc. to mount them. You simply remove the cab mount bolts, put the bracket on the "stack" and re-bolt. There is an additional strut that mounts to existing holes in the sheet metal. Works very nice. I will try to take a few pictures at lunch and send you a PM.
