Does anyone’s exhaust sound choppy like this?

Old School Cleaning of Carbon From Inside Cylinder

Just returned from the local Cummins Southern Plains shop, which fortunately is just a couple of miles from my house. I went in to purchase oil and fuel filters, and was almost out of luck after they informed me that Fleetguard is now a quasi-separate entity from Cummins. That means that ready part availability might not be like is was in the past, and things like filters might have to be ordered ahead of time. Was also told that the next nearest Cummins shop has shifted from a full service shop/parts store, and now just specs the larger engines for commercial fleets. I never heard about this going down, and was actually kind of surprised. Anyone else have any information on what happened at Cummins to cause the change?

Cummins Filtration division was spun off into Atmus Filtration. Initially Cummins retained a large percentage ownership but last fall, did a stock swap for anyone who wanted to trade in Cummins stock for Atmus at a more than favorable exchange rate. Then Atmus had a IPO and now is a totally independent company. Cummins is out of the filter business now.
