Attention: TDR Forum Junkies We just installed a new Flowmaster Hushpower test muffler on my stock truck. The Dyno runs before and after showed 4 to 7 hp increase over the stock muffler. The sound inside the truck is different than stock, but not much louder. It has a more throtty sound. Seat of pants says turbo is spooling sooner. Drove it down the road home and at higher speeds there was no difference in sound and no drone. So far I am satisfied with this muffler. The bad thing is, this just starts me going down the slippery performance slope. Oh well I knew it was going to happen sometime with something. The muffler was provided by GAM Racing in Greeley CO. The dyno's were done on a SuperFlow dyno at GAM Racing. The install was done by PDT in Greeley CO. aka Laser Bob and myself. 4 inch in and 4 inch out. Not exactly a direct replacement but the install and dyno runs took about a total of 2. 5 hours.
