Fluid capacities for G56 and T-case for an '06

I can't find just how much they hold in the owners manual, so I thought, "Ask someone smarter than yourself, bonehead!". So here I am asking for the advice of some of the experts at TDR. My Amsoil guy would love me to order a case or two, but ATF+4 gets kinda expensive quickly in those amounts. :{
