Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Fluid Capacities

I am in the process of changing the fluids in my 6sp transmission, transfer case and rear end to AMSOIL products but do not know the capacities. Can anyone help?

I use a clean,empty drain pan and when I am done, I measure the amount I drained. Gives a good idea what amount to put back in.
