I just installed my new fluidampr on the truck last nite(finally) I had to cheat I couldn't get the fan to break free, so it took me, my neighbor, and my nephew, but I slipped it on without the fan being off. Had to guess at the 60 deg extra past the 30 ft lbs torque on balancer bolts, my snap-on degree indicator was too big with the fan on. First impression was a lot quieter idle, smoother acceleration, so far I like it, I was just trying to see if anyone else has any feedback on this, thanks

ive had one on my truck for a while now and really didnt notice a big difference. i guess just having it on gives me piece of mind though.

I will check bolts, red or blue loctite?, my motor is definitely more quieter at an idle, so much smooth just cruising around, I haven't gotten on it any to tel about WOT, don't really care if it helps there or not, I was looking for a longevity issue here, but its made an audible difference for sure.

They're definitely worth the money. That's one mod I'd do all over again without hesitation. Lil bit a blue will probably do just fine.

Luv um, a must if your doing any modifications.

If you get the bug to increase your rpm's rember to install the pin kit when aproaching the 3500 rpm range.

If you have a dual disc clutch you may notice it a little quieter as well :D

Opooles right, the belt has to go on with the damper, or you can forget it. Belt problems, then either remove damper or fan & pulley assembly to install new belt.

Very true i tell everyone who calls about a CR thats the only down fall is if your belt was to brake the fluidampr or fan pulley will have to come off to replace it.

Just a drop ship salesman wouldn't know or tell you this!

I read somewhere that a guy with a solid hubbed dual disc clutch installed one and it seemed, to him, to make things quite a bit quiter and smoother.
