when you install the fluidampr on your engine your supposed to put the belt on first then the dampner so how do you do it if you blow a belt on the highway

carry new bolts with you and some tools to remove it and a torque wrench to reinstall it i guess.

It can be put on with the damper on. I didn't see that when I put mine on and I had already torqued the damper. I was able to wedge the belt between the damper and fan pulley then I barred the engine over to rotate the belt thru the gap. I wouldn't want to remove the damper on the road.
