Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) FMS now p0216

Just installed Blue Chip FMS with stealth plate. Everything was fine, and truck ran good until I reached the top of a long hill and had dead pedal. Code reads p0216 injection pump timing falure I'm at 63,000 miles so I should have warranty coverage if they don't break my stones over the FASS. Any suggestions or comments?
