Fog Light busted

Has anyone else had this happen. The lens busted out. I guess a rock hit it.

I priced one today from the Dodge dealership $150. They would not just sell the lens or housing. I have to buy everything including the brackets. Does anyone know if there is anywhere else to find it any cheaper. I thought about calling some salvage yards, but more than likley they would be busted out too.

Yes, I have gone through two passanger fog lamps now. You can find them on Ebay for alot cheaper than 150. 00. I put the clear plastic film on them now. Ill keep my fingers crossed it will save me from buying another one. .

I agree. . I try ebay for EVERYTHING before going to the dealer.

Same thing happened to me. I found two for a whopping $20!!!!! Do like I did and ask the guys in the body shops at the local dealer or just body shops around town. You'd be suprised how many extra parts and pieces you can find. Good luck in your quest.

If you do get one from the dealer purchase an entire kit - it's only about $20 more and you'll get 2 lights, wiring and a switch. l

Put "STONEGUARDS" on those fog lights.

E-bay for sure, got mine for $45. 00 shipped to the house, and www.stonegards.com has the pre cut protectors $19. 99 I think. You can also go to Advanced Auto they have that protective covering, but you will have to trim it yourself.
