Fog Lights,on with brights,Chrysler Van

anyone have any idea on how to keep the fog lights on when brights on. This on a y2k
Chrysler Mini-Van. Friend of mine says he has no Fog Lamp Relay like in the Rams. . Told him how the Rams work but he says no relay for fogs. ???

I rewired a friend's '98 T&C van for brights and fogs at the same time,there was a relay. I just had to pull the ground wire to the relay coil that came from the head light switch and replace it with a chassis ground. Models may vary so don't trust my word on your newer rig. I'm 99. 9% sure that there is a relay on all models though. The relay was under the dash on the T&C almost in the middle drivers side.
