One way you can do this is to run a jumper wire from the parking light relay ground pin to the fog light relay ground pin. Since these are tiny (low current) relay coils very small gauge wire will work, you can just wrap around the correct pin, the 85/86 pins are the coil pair, but check with a meter to ensure which side gets grounded by the computer, it was 86 on the parking light relay and 85 on the fog light relay, could be vice-versa. Anyway, one short jumper and your fogs are up whenever the parking lights are on, so the high-beam cut-out no longer functions. Down-side: fogs are on if you like to sit with parking lights on this is not so good. It's going to take some computer wrangling to get it all to behave, like high and low beams at once with fogs... get back to you on that. No BriteBox yet that I know of.
