if it isn't the fog relay in the PDC, then it may be the main headlight switch????, if yours is like mine with the foglight switch integrated into the headlight switch. check the relay first, and HOPE!
A real easy test for the foglight system is to remove the fog light relay and jump the two LARGE sockets where the fog light relay plugs into the PDC. If the relay was the problem the fogs will be on with both low and high beams. If the problem is not the relay then the fogs still won't work.
This jumper is the method many of us use to have fogs with both low and high beams.
Just in case... my fog lights tend to last about 35k miles. If you are around this mileage of a multiple of it, check the filament again. Sometimes it is hard for me to tell.
