Fog Lights TIPM Programming

I recently put a fog light kit in my 2007.5 3500 (lights, wiring between lights and factory switch). Is a dealer the only one that can program the TIPM for them to operate? My local dealer wanted over a $150 to just program the TIPM.

If you have the 6.7 then maybe it is possible with AlfaOBD. For 50$ it's worth a shot.

X2 on AlfaOBD! The software will absolutely work for this. Also, the software will allow you to disable the 'fog light dropout' and enable 'quad headlamps', so the fogs and low beams stay on with high beams. All you need is an OBDLink MX+ adapter and an Android device.
