my neighbor who has two 2nd generation CTD was visited by a ford dealer. he was telling them how ford bought 51% of cummin's stocks!!!! this would allow them to have a huge say in the company, almost to the point where they own the company. the second oldest sister (who talked them into buying those trucks) got really ****** off at him cause he was bragging. they got in a huge argument:-{} one thing i learn never argue with a red head girl!!!! (that she is) she ended up chasing him off their fruit farm with a horse whip



please guys tell me that the guy was lying!!!!

if not i'm gonna cry!!:{

also we will have to buoy cot ford cummin's... a very hard thing to do!!! i know!!!!

Oh yeah, and a search here, on the Cummins website, or any other reliable source will tell you that Ford does NOT own Cummins! Dang! How does this rumor persist?

dremelts i didn't want to start a rumor i wanted to put my mind at ease. bushwakr please don't take them away i still haven't got him on the road yet!!! i had to take the steering apart!!!!..... and yes i'm going after their youngest daughter, Allyson but i wish that she was as easy at appease as her parents (their parents love me) she is gonna take a little work... . now the second oldest, Tammy good luck i'm scared of her! red head who plays ice hockey not too good for my health. also she is a little too old for me.

Boy this rumor gets around as much as the ATF in the fuel tank!!! I have had two guys in the last two weeks that were mechanics that maintained equipment say they put ATF in diesels, "it cleans em out" One even put it in a NEW C15 Cat fuel filter!!



I don't know about red heads, two live in my household, my wife and my step son. Both have tempers to back up the red hair!! Mine's a cummins girl that can drive a 5spd better then most guys, loves truck pulling and enjoys 4 wheeling. Can't imagine she was raised on the concrete! One thing about it she don't take crap from NOBODY, me included

As for red heads... . well, lets see... ... my first two girl friends were red heads, and they both taught me a thing or six... .



My current lovely came from good red headed stock and has put up with me for 31 plus years... . you might say I'm a multi-decorated veteran of hand to hand and mental marital combat (<-----... that's just in case she see's this)



Now as for what to say to a red head..... well... . let's put it this way... get a couple gift certificates to the blood bank (for you), a six pack of bandaids, half a quart of good grain alcohol (for sterilizing things like cuts and gashes... don't worry the red head will sterilize you if ya mess up )

You just look em square in their one good eye and say... ... "... you have to be, without exception, the most beautiful creature I have ever had the priveledge to meet... . will you have some lunch with me... ?"

As for my daughter, she is 25 years old, single and a genuine gift...

She is dating a fellow who's parents are both physicians... so... . don't mess with that cause you'll pooch the family discount on transplants and grafts... ... beat it... ... .

If it weren't for that, my wife wouldn't let me play with power tools...

Ford owning Cummins is not a total rumor. At one time Ford did own a lot of their stocks, but Cummins has since bought them back. As a result - no more B5. 9's - they get a 444/466 now.

Fords purchase of stocks was in Cummins Prefered stock that equaled 10. 8 % of Cummins common stock and was limited to a max of 20%.

I made some crack about ATF being a good injector cleaner at work yesterday, and the one guy said "Yeah, it does a great job. " I asked why it took 3 tanks to clear up the smoke (with a good deal of power service) one time after trying it in the old 6. 9 I had. No wonder people hate diesels and their smoke if the "techs" are putting cr@p like that in the tank.

well i was talking to her mom bout you guys and what how we were talking bout her and i found out last night her mom has a big mouth..... she asked me how they knew that she plays ice hockey..... i ran, did the hood slide (that's a high hood), and punched my cummins. she tried to chase me in an import car but it can't match a cummins so i'm still alive for now (who's the closes to my house to save my ass later??)

she is hot as h##l. she has more money then her parents but spends most of it (poor) and short not too short but bout 5'9'' i almost died yesterday when i saw her... short shorts tank top red hair ect. *wips up drool, forces mouth close* but she is too old for me, you guys can have her
