Tune In Tonight!!

Today wife and I went to an RV show - looked at some nice RV's - one - don't remember the brand - had Mercedes Diesel in it. Talking to the salesman - he mentioned that Ford had purchased Cummins ? What the ()*^%^*(&(. . So is this true or some BS!

If thats the case then whats Dodge going to do - go to Mercedes Diesels then ?? Maybe that wouldn't be a bad idead.

Anyway, so is the salesman full of it or what ?

People have been saying that ever since Dodge started using these engines!

I got no use for people who can't get there facts straight.

None whatsoever.

With the PSD being the POS it is, making false claims that Ford owns the good engine company is their only hope of redemption. In desperation they try to make the PSD work only to fail again. So they must try to associate themselves with success in any way they can. When my co-worker buddy bought his F-350, the salesgeek told him it had a Cummins in it. Co-worker knew nothing about diesels. He showed up to show me his new Ford with the Cummins diesel. I felt bad for having to point out that he didn't have a Cummins in his truck. He felt even worse when the water pump cost him over $700 to have replaced at just over 70,000miles and I showed him the two 10mm bolts holding my easily accessible water pump on.

I really REALLY hope we don't start seeing the Mercadez in the dodge's. Now that the father land owns Chrysler it is possible. The thought of that POS in a dodge makes me want to puke.
