I was at a local Menards recently. The yard guys asks me what I've done to the truck. I popped the hood to show him the compound turbos. He says they look too restrictive to work right?????!!!!!



Then he goes on to tell me he had his 03 ( I think ) super duty 'tweeked', and with stock 3. 55 gears and 38" tires it runs 11's in the quarter. He even out ran a WRS with it on the street.



He asked about the boost mine created. i told him it is set to not go over 52.

He said he didn't know anyone made a turbo that generated boost over 20psi, like his!!!



I told him I needed to go. Then, got in my truck drove 50 feet and started to laugh about it!!!!



He is probably telling his friends about the dumb dodge guy who things his truck makes boost over 20!!!!

He's baiting you, and if you race him, he will most likely beat you.



These V8 Dura's and PS's have the ability to clean up in a street race, also in a short loaded competition.



We have workhorses, that happen to go fast, plus, last a long time and do it time after time.



It is not unlike the 2 cycle/4 cycle motorcycle preference... ...

And you didn't ask him what his fuel economy is? I'd bet it's close to 30 mpg. Maybe even 35!

My little 6 cylinder couldn't possibly run with a truck that fast.
