Is it just me, or does it somewhat resemble to Power Wagon concept truck a couple of years ago? Same cheesy fender flares, similar body shape. I know it's just a concept truck, but I think it's pretty ugly. JMO.

I looked at it again and noticed it is a dually. Yuk. Looks even worse now.

Regardless of manufacturer, I like to see them try new things like this, pushing the technological edge. The text tells of some things I find very interesting, like air suspension and LED lights all around, including the headlights.

As long as Ford, GM, and DC keep trying to "one-up" each other, we all benefit!

I agree Andy, and that air-ride seat would be the cat's ..... well you get the picture. Lots of power and the package is not all that bad looking. I hope they build it for the reasons Andy gave.

It looks better than the current version of the PSD. If it is as good as the hype Dodge and Chevy are going to have to come up with something to compete. I noticed that the rear doors open from the front.

Yea, that's the first thing I thought of when I saw it too. I'll probably get flamed for this but I thought it was kinda cool looking. I guess it's because I've been a fan of the Power Wagon ever since I first saw it. Maybe one day DC will build it.

You know after thinking about it, didn't Dodge come out with a concept called the Maxx Cab or something like that? Kinda loooks like one of those from about the hood back with the fenders from a PW.

Just wondering

Here is some more info. Watch the video of the introduction, it actually shows the thing driving down the road. And the guy in the vid says "this is not a concept truck, this is the way we are headded with the F series".

By the way... it is a dually short bed with maybe a crew cab. It looks like the back doors open up sucide style...

There were articles about the 6 liter maybe a year ago or so. I don't remember which site though.

I agree it's good to see the "envelope" pushed. Good grief, can you imagine the price though?

The hydralic brake/acelerator sounds like a good idea,, would give the turbo some time to spool up. You could also put in a higher rated pressure res. and pump and have a good drag machine. This is an adapted idea off a hybrid type car.
