SuperHitch Bolt specs?

We have a 2000 Wildwood 27BH. It's not an LE model. I believe the LE model is a slightly lower end model than the non LE. At least in 2000, the LE had square corners on the door - versus radiused on ours. The LE also had sliding windows versus crank out wing type windows (I think they're called joulosie windows - or something like that). Other than that, I don't know of any real differences.

We like our Wildwood. We did have some problems with the aluminum siding not being fastened properly from the factory. While towing down the road, I noticed bulging in the siding. Air was getting inside it and blowing it out like a basetball in one spot. The dealer took the siding off and reattached it. He said the factory had their staple/nail gun set too high and it shot the fasteners too deep so that the siding popped off it. It sounded like he'd seen it before. It happened to the other side too and he fixed that one as well. No problems with it after that. The only other thing was that the fresh water tank really bulged out when full, so they put a support brace under it as a precaution. This was all under warranty and didn't cost us a dime.

We've towed it as far as CA to the west and Maine to the east with no real problems. I did replace the less than adequate Carlisle tires on it after losing 3 of them to tread separation. They were load range C, but I stepped up to load range D Goodyears. It's an entry level unit, but I think it's a nice trailer for the money. We only paid $13,500. for ours. It was new, but the previous year's model when we bought it in 2001. Some popups are more than that now. Overall it's served us well. We'll be starting our 7th summer with it this year.
