Forum Issues?

I'm an early riser and I'm typically online surfing here at ~ 4:30 PST. On most mornings during my sessions the forum becomes unusable. I'll click on a thread and it'll take well over a minute (if at all) to come up. I can go to other sites and no issues.

Is there a maintenance window at that time in the morning? Just curious?

I am pretty sure that the host server is backing up at that time. Seems to begin at 7:50am EST and stops the forum completely for a few minutes at 8:00am EST.
