I'm wondering why the "Not Renewing tdr Subscription" thread was removed. No, I can guess why it was removed but wonder how anyone could view that thread as threatening. It was simply an explanation of why a member was unhappy and what he intended to do about it. I didn't see a stampede of others choosing his option. Somebody has a thin skin. :{ :{

The person who started the thread may have asked that it be deleted. That happens sometimes.

Therre was a thread in the 12 valve forum about delivery valves going and it is Missing In Action as well. Dont know what happened to it.

It was not removed by anyone on purpose Dave, it's possible it was lost in the server crash today. The entire file system was corrupted and it took all day to get the system back up and running - a ton of data was lost but we thought it was just backup's of the database that were lost, it's possible other threads were lost as well. I responded to that message to try and explain what was going on with the changes. We've been working our butts off around here trying to find a workable solution to our server issues - and NONE of the criticisms have been deleted, I've simply tried to explain what's going on and what we're trying to do to correct it. No thin skin here.

I was the one that started the thread. Saw it was MIA, but really didn't mind.



There were about 36 replies last night that I wanted to read though.



Server crashes can cause things to disappear.



Any how, after all that I guess I'll renew my subscription to get the opportunity to fully access the new systems.



I'm not a freeloader and the magazine alone is worth the price, as was brought to my attention in one of the first 4 replies that I did get to read.

Admin: Have you ever considered having a lower priced membership for those of us who don't really care all that much about the published magizine? I assume that it is failrly expensive to print and mail.

Steve, You think that three-word story might make it into the TDR Mag,,, It's Hilarious, and probably loads up the server a bunch. I bet that thread has given ya a hard time.
