I have been on a quest since the last issue of the TDR came out.
in it there was an article about fuel pressure guages and the need for them and how to connect them. (it was great reading)
well in that article the author (sorry I dont have it here at work ) mentioned on the newer VP44 pumps that the banjo fitting had a male -04AN fitting and how to modify it to adapt a sending unit to it or teperarily attach a guage. and they mentioned good luck finding a -04AN to 1/8NPT female to female adapter. well, I think I found them, they are a swivel though, but should still work.
they would work great for attaching a guage temporarily for testing.
the demensions are: Steel
-04JIC = 7/16 -20thread
04NPT = 1/4 -18thread
if these will work please let me know. they are $4. 25each or 10 and over $3. 54
this is where i found them, http://www.hoseandfittings.com/product.html?CAT=0. 1353. 1354. 1000. 1003. 1040&ID=800202330&HF_ID=208b10260bb43f9596c113a4b5209b82
