Found a fix for my Otterbox Defender Belt Holster. In stock form it rides up off my belt. Modification here... .

Yo Hoot- linky no worky... I have an otter too. I just keep it in a generic belt holster with a mag flap. The release tab is just too clunky for my waistline. :-laf

Yes, There are some nice topics you have there. I especially liked the coal thread. My Dad used coal in a Vermont Castings Vigilant during the late 70's 'till you couldn't get it anymore. I thought it was great! That's a good mod to the belt clip.
