Just thought I would share this. I know everyone is always trying to find a better way to replace their battery cables. I found a very high quality factory made positive lead at oreillys. They have a replacement for ford deisel truck with dual batteries from 1987 to present. Thats all you have to tell them. It is 2 gauge, completely wrapped in loom, with a positive lead for the fuse box under the hood built in. What makes this one a little different than the dodge cables is it is one continuous peice from positive on passenger to positive on drivers side to starter so you have to tweak the routing a little. I think it is a better design being one piece. price was $88 which beats the online prices. do a google search on images and you will find plenty of pics. I would post one but can't figure out how. I asked if they could get dodge replacements and they said no, the only cables they could get was ford. Also, I haven't found a ground replacement yet.

I don't know about the replacement cables, but the Ford OEM one piece cable was bad about corroding at the location of the second battery connection that is pressed on the cable.
