found metal particles in fuel filter canister
I have read about the new ULSD breaking rust and such free from the refinery and filling station tanks, so i changed my fuel filter yesterday and looked in the canister and found small particles in the bottom. I took a tool pickup magnet and decided to see if it would pick them up and sure enough it got everything out. I had 10k on the filter change. I added the two micron filter after the FASS and changed the inline filter also. I picked up about a pound of fuel pressure when i was done. I guess I will start changing my filters when i change my oil now. Just an FYI for everybody.
