After a bit of testing yesterday it turns out that the front drive shaft is the issue. The pinion angle is a little off.
It looks as if this was caused from the new lift springs starting to settle and changing the alignement slightly.
After removing the shaft and going for a drive everything was smooth.
Tried to clearance the shaft a little since it almost binding and that helped a little.
The truck is getting a complete front end realignment today to get the 2 or 3 degrees of pinion angle that are needed.
Oo.
