The actuator to lock in the hubs on the front axle of my truck is leaking around the gasket. im getting ready to replace it and i wanted to know how hard it is to replace that gasket. Can any one give me step by step instuctions on how to do it?

If you're refering to the gasket between the CAD and the axle you remove 4 bolts, take off CAD, clean old gasket off, install new gasket, line up fork on CAD with collor in axle, install CAD, and put in bolts.

be careful some times the bolts break off in the housing. then you have to drill them out. not fun. i broke two off in mine.

Use penetrating oil the night before, tap around the bolt with a small hammer to loosen the corrosion, and warm it with a small blow torch.
