Fourth time in for P014C Code any ideas

My 2010 3500 is in the shop again for the fourth time in about six weeks for P014C code. Truck has 86K miles on it. First time in they cleared code emissions was within specs and told me to keep an eye on it. The second time in the techs changed out both O2 sensors. Third time in they told me it was a stored code and probably related to them putting in the new 02 Sensors. Now they seem to be at a loss. Wondering if anyone else has dealt with this code and any ideas on what the problem or fix is. Starting to lose faith in this dealership. Sucks because they have been real good up to this point.

There is a tsb for that dtc being set. 25-004-13. That is supposed to be the first thing done before any parts are changed. By your description they have not followed the proper protocol. I would have to ask why they haven't followed the the proper procedures.
