mmmmkay. Time share always was a crappy deal for condos, and it's still a crappy deal today, whatever form it takes.

If you got in with the right people it could be a good deal. All 8 people would wear it out then go buy another one

And it's got a $180 a month management fee x 8 owners = $1,440. I think I should apply for the management position.

Considering that the RV cost somebody over $250,000 I'd guess that the "maintenance" may also include the insurance.



With multiple owners/drivers, that insurance bill may be a bear!

It is a great idea, but for some reason it doesnt seem to work out. I have always thought the idea of a coop dozer or backhoe that was set up as an LLC and rented to others for profit and used by the owners at a sig discount would be awesome. You could do it with motorhomes and I know aircraft do it alot. Youd have a flat operating fee and if it was rented to qualified people it might even turn a profit

And... ..... 8 owners times 5 weeks =45 weeks. Who gets it for the other 7 weeks???? Maybe the management co. so they can rent it or?????



If so, where does the line start for the management position???
