Ok. I've searched the forums and read through a bunch of different posts.

Here's what i've got: POR-15, Magnet Paints and Rust Bullet seem to be the most prevelant and most used.

Can anyone give me some PERSONAL experiences with any or all of these, and tell me which version of the product you used?

I'm currently leaning toward Rust Bullet black shell or the gray automotive formula.

Thanks kids!

I have used POR-15 for many years, and my old man used it before me. i just got done using it all under my old 48 plymouth coupe to keep it nice and rust free. i love the stuff. just dont get it on you skin... ... ... wont come off for weeks

I used POR 15 on the few places that Ziebart missed. On the Knuckles, rotors, driveshafts & yokes. Everything looks great & is holding up well.

Thats said- It never sees salt or snow. . but does see rain whenever we go camping 3x a year. I like the POR. Good Luck-

I've used POR15 and Magnet Chassis saver. POR is on my Dad's driveway by accident for 10 years. POR will not stand up to UV rays and has to be coated if sun will hit it. I recently used Magnet as an available alternative, and so far it looks good. I used it to cover battery acid damage under the battery in the Durango. One winter in, and still looks good. I would use either.
