Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
Use caution when repacing the filter ( TP). I just changed my oil for the first time with the the Frantz filter. I thought I had it perfect. Started the truck, immediately went back to check for leaks and observed the filter cup walking down as it filled with oil. Didn't have the band clamp securely on the lip off the filter cup 
. Fortunately, I had a ball valve to by pass the filter before it made a mess. My own stupidity, just becareful as it's easy to miss the lip and make a real mess of your engine compartment.
I had 3,000 miles on the filter/oil. Still was flowing fine and no signs of it causing voids in the filter medium as the TP was as tight as the day I installed the filter. I pulled a sample and will post the resuts of the analysis here as soon as I get them.
