Here is a product i cnc to replace the heater grid in the summer months or for high HP guys. what do you think going to dyno it soon and get CFM off the flow bench THANKS

Olee, that's a good piece-- very well made, judging roughly by the pictures.

I am wondering how much of a restriction the actual heater grid is. It seems to be designed in such a way as to minimize restriction. But there's no doubt that it IS a restriction, even at stock power levels.

Then we try to stuff twice or three times as much air into the engine! Certainly, this is one of the details that will help increase the amount of air that the cylinder actually sees.

Thanks for tooling this up. Any test data yet?

thanks for your input this is going to be great for guys with twins

going to be testing it out soon on a stock truck , my truck, and one with twins no #s yet THANKS

I have a GOOD chrome shop!! i will chrome a few!! and a few intake horns also thanks PM me with a price on the spacer i CALL it the POWER BLOK

Any numbers yet? I know there are soem others out there with these, but not sure if anybody has ever doen a before and after dyno.

so far it's worth 100deg drop in EGTs and 4lbs drop in boost in the intake horn with the gauge before heater grid. Not reading boost in the side of head. looks like egts cool down quicker at shut-down i have sold 3 so far NEED to get a few more out for more input thanks
