Just finished changing fresh air door on truck listed below (the door that changes from outside air to recirculate). I was able to change it by removing the fan motor and working the old door out through the hole and the new one in. Biggest trouble I had other than trying to be a contortionist was getting the old adapter that connects the motor to the door out. Finally broke it off from the motor side. The instructions said I had to cut the top plastic grid off the top of the housing but didn't have to do that. I worked through the glove box hole and from underneath the dash. Used a Dorman door. bg
