Making Diesel from Algae!

I had bought a car. As part of my service, visited my old friend, working in the BC Diesel, South Newton. He presented me a lubricant Archoil Friction Modifier. Actually, I don't understand what it is for. Is it used to increase the friction? while I searched about it in the site, they say, it is used for removing the varnish, carbon, and other stuff from the surface of the engine and it reduces the operating friction. It reduces energy requirements. Here is the site: https://www.bcdiesel.ca/en/archoil-friction-modifier-2. My question is how it is used and for what? I am little weird to ask him directly. Can I get a smooth driving? Can someone help me?

One review in four months. I would pass or wait!

Amazon has more reviews. Most have 6.0 Powerstrokes. I guess they feel they have little to loose! SNOKING
