From Bad To Worse, Turbo Shaft Has Lots of Play

Ok, I guess I am going to have my turbo rebuilt(only thing on the truck that hasn't been rebuilt) I pulled off the housing and the shaft has about 1/32" play up & down, also I have 1/16" in and out play. So anyone with suggestions on what to do, I have a early 91 OEM turbo with about 750K miles on it(yes 750,000 miles) and would like to know what I should do. What type of upgrade would you all recommend and where should I get it. I ain't rich so be gentle .

Well heres the Plan,

I am going to up grade my turbo to a 16cm housing and have it installed on the rebuilt turbo. I am most likely getting one from Don Peters, unless someone can beat the price & SERVICE.



I am still getting quotes & I am also open to suggestions, so go for it
