I changed the lift pump on the 95 because it was leaking fuel out the weep hole. also had no fuel flowing to the filter. now the p. o. s. will not run, i tried pumping up the lift pump but it seems to not want to pull fuel from the tank. It has 3/4 of a tank. any ideas.

Did you remove fuel line plugs?

If the cam lobe is in the wrong place the manual pump won't work, bump the starter to change positions.

If you have compressed air open the bleed screw on top of the filter then pressurize your fuel tank with a rag wrapped around a blow gun though the fill spout. Don't get carried away, it takes very little pressure and just a few seconds bleed everything. Sure beats hundreds of pumps.
