2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Front axle needed badly

Anybody know where I can pick up a used Dana 60 front axle for a 94 2500? Mine's toast.



Now for another million dollar question. Am I crazy for thinkin a 1'-1 1/2' drop off of a garage lift could damage the front axle? It landed on the front left which is where all the damage is. Bent axle and toasted bearings. I havn't had a lick of problems with the front axle, cept for u-joints.

I personally wouldn't think that would damage anything. I would see no worse you doing that than me driving over a pothole or off a 4" curb. Of which I do an a daily basis.

I just bought a burned 2001. 5, 2500, CTD. I plan to use the engine and the disc brake Dana 80. I'll sell the front end, it got hot from the tires burning but the front rolls just fine so the front end shold be okay. My email is messed up so you should PM me if interested.
