Front axle nut torque specs

Hey guys, I just got through doing the pass. side front wheel hub/bearing assembly. I was wondering what the torque specs are (in ft/lbs) on the axle nut? The truck is a 2003 3500 4x4 QC. Thanks

Last I knew, 250 ft/lbs. I never had a wrench that stout, so I just did 150 ft/lbs... I never had an issue with the lower torque.
