Archived front axle wheel seal

I had a bad upper ball joint on the passenger side. When I pulled the driveshaft I damaged the wheel seal at the CAD. I've spent the last 3 hours trying to install the new seal. If anyone has a seal installer tool, or REALLY good advice on how to get this SOB back in the axle, I'd PAY you. I've been working on this POS since wednesday. I live in fresno, CA. I called quad4x4 to buy one of theirs, they're out of them and won't have any more until next week. If you have any suggestions, (like burning my truck down to the ground as it sits in the driveway)let me have it. Thanks.

get a tape messure in there and find what length althread you need then some washers big enough to chatch the seal and some big enough to hold against the axial housing and use the althread and nuts to pull it together may be easyer than a store bought tool that is a hammer and punch.

I tried that all thread aproach for 2 hours, the seal always goes in cocked. I decided to order one from quad4x4 and wait the 5 days for it. I figure I'll get to know my good BuddyWiesser in the mean time.
